What Is Our Mission?

Howell Haus Yoga is all about using the tools of yoga to keep our bodies & minds, strong and flexible.  We are confident that learning to breathe will help you stay in touch with what the body needs to age gracefully.  Howell Haus Yoga is a practice you can add to your life, even just once a week and it will improve not only your generalized health but it will teach you how to move more securely in the body, and teach you control over your mind.
